Main responsibilities:

  • Communicates actively with the client on new projects and draft changes in order to resolve situations on quality issues;
  • Ensures that all customer specific quality related requirements are translated into product and process development;
  • Communicates with the customer in order to define initial sampling requirements and relays information to the departments involved;
  • Coordinates with project and segment team members to achieve timely sampling and documentation according to project plan deadlines;
  • Identifies potential errors/defects, the risks that may be generated by them, as well as methods to control them;
  • Participates actively and organizes as necessary meetings, visits and audits with the client on projects under responsibility;
  • Provides quality assurance support to all support departments involved;
  • Monitors the quality performance of new projects and gives internal and external feedback;
  • Analyzes quality issues reported by customers and handles customer complaints for projects under responsibility, from the early stages of product development to the time of series transfer;

The ideal candidate:

  • Higher Technical Education;
  • English – advanced level / German – advantageous;
  • Quality assurance / automotive experience is an advantage;
