LOGISTIC CUSTOMER SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and manages all customer activity streams;
  • Coordinates and manages the team of logistics specialists handling the flow of customers;
  • Conducts weekly analysis of customer firm orders and forecasts;
  • Conducts weekly analysis on customer variances and informs customers of critical points;
  • Coordinates and manages all customer deliveries;
  • Implements all standards, documentation, guidelines, work methods and logistical tools in the factory and to customers;
  • Performs continuous improvement with the goals of maximizing service levels, minimizing logistics and inventory costs, and expediting physical flows from suppliers to customers;
  • Follows monthly sales, inventory and factory operations planning on a monthly basis;
  • Maintains constant contact with the production department to ensure optimal production flow;
  • Maintains ongoing contact with Engineering Department to minimize as much as possible the impact on finished goods inventory due to technical changes;

The ideal candidate:

  • University degree in economics/engineering;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Strong knowledge of English;
  • Excellent use of PC and internet within the limits of the post;
  • Customer focused solutions, creativity;
  • Transparency, Independence, Leadership, Communication, Adaptability, Flexibility;
