Main responsibilities:

  • In charge of customer claim management, customer audit management, CSR (customer specific requirements) management insight;
  • Responsible for performance monitoring, action plan creation and zero-defect culture promoting;
  • Guarantees CSR application and also ANPQP responsible
  • Responsible for the customer claim and corrective action management,
  • Performs feedback data analysis and improvement of plan develop
  • Responsible for customer audit management and action plan setting

The ideal candidate:

  • Technical bachelor degree
  • Availability to travel abroad (trainings and audits);
  • Previous working experience with the following quality & engineering tools: PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC AIAG, IATF16949, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, Fault tree analysis;
  • Prior experience in the field of automotive quality of minimum 3 years;
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English;
