Main responsibilities:
- In charge of customer claim management, customer audit management, CSR (customer specific requirements) management insight;
- Responsible for performance monitoring, action plan creation and zero-defect culture promoting;
- Guarantees CSR application and also ANPQP responsible;
- Responsible for the customer claim and corrective action management;
- Performs feedback data analysis and improvement of plan develop;
- Responsible for customer audit management and action plan setting;
The ideal candidate:
- Technical bachelor degree
- Availability to travel abroad (trainings and audits);
- Previous working experience with the following quality & engineering tools: PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC AIAG, IATF16949, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, Fault tree analysis;
- Prior experience in the field of automotive quality of minimum 3 years;
- Strong communication & negotiation skills;
- Fluency in English;
